The Computer Hardware and Software Technology program at Amankwakrom Fisheries and Agricultural Technology Institute (AFATI) provides comprehensive training in computer assembly, repair, networking, and software applications. The curriculum blends theory with hands on practical labs to build competence in diagnosing, maintaining, and managing computer systems.

Course Objectives

Course Duration
- Total Duration: 2 years
- Format: Full time
- Structure: Year 1 Computer fundamentals, assembly, and software installation. Year 2 Networking, troubleshooting, and project work
Entry Requirements
- Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) or higher
- Minimum age 16 years
- Interest in computers or information technology
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Medically fit for technical training

Certification
