  • Structure: Year 1 Fundamentals of catering, food production, and hospitality operations. Year 2 Advanced catering management, event coordination, and customer service excellence

Entry Requirements

  • Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) or higher
  • Minimum age 16 years
  • Interest in hospitality, culinary arts, and tourism services
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Medically fit for kitchen and service operations
